We founded The Tipsy Tamarin with two main goals: giving our customers a rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience while giving back to wildlife conservation efforts through donations and raising awareness. Our polymer clay jewelry is handmade with care and dedication to wildlife conservation. We happily donate 10% of proceeds of all sales to the World Wildlife Fund- sometimes even more with certain specials! We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Return Policy
Returns and refunds are permitted up to 14 days after purchase. The item must be returned in new condition and unused. The consumer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please email thetipsytamarin@gmail.com for any return/exchange/refund inquiries.

Shipping Policy
Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping and handling. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the order,. Domestic shipping usually ranges from $3.00 to $10.00, however may exceed this if the weight of the items requires higher postage costs. International shipping usually ranges from $10.00 to $50.00, however may exceed this if the weight of the items requires higher postage costs.You will receive a USPS tracking confirmation number within 3 business days of purchase. Once the order has been processed and is in route for shipping it is no longer in my hands and in the hands of the USPS.
